We grow everything from seed to shelf, right here on our farm just outside Sydney! Our hydroponic system allows us to carefully control growing conditions, while our team of farmers and biologists hand-select seed varieties for optimal flavour, freshness, and resilience.

From germination to harvest, every crop is nurtured to full term on-site, then packed and shipped directly from our farm. It’s this hands-on approach that ensures every product arrives crisp, bright, and full of flavour.
