Lemongrass, Ginger & Lime Crush
A zesty, refreshing non-alcoholic drink made with fresh herbs and citrus — perfect for spring afternoons, garden lunches, or family get-togethers.
Shopping List
2 stalks Windy Hills Lemongrass, trimmed and smashed (Packet size)
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
Juice of 2 limes
1 tbsp honey or agave (optional)
A few sprigs of Windy Hills Mint
Pantry CHECK
Ice
1 cup water
Soda water or sparkling mineral water (to top up)
METHOD
In a small saucepan, combine lemongrass, grated ginger, lime juice, water, and honey.
Simmer gently for 5–10 minutes to infuse, then cool completely.
Strain the liquid and discard the solids.
Fill a glass with crushed ice, pour over the infused base, and top with soda water.
Garnish with mint and a lime wheel. Sip and refresh.
